Our Bohol trip was such a breeze because of GoPanglao Travel and Tours. Booking was made easy because of bot replies but you are given the option to speak to an agent if you need to. Prices are actually reasonable since you don't have to think about anything else; ootd mo nalang and food. We got our accommodation separately but went thru the list of their package deals to choose great hotels and we actually found the BEST one; it's Siman Panglao. Hihi
As to the tour itself, I'd day 90% overall satisfaction. Kasi, the countryside tour, okay naman. As expected sa joiners tour, you're not the master of your time pero super dami na namin napuntahan via airconditioned van pa. Late nga lang yung lunch. Mejj rude si Kuya na driver nung time na ibabalik na namin yung pera sa kanya na inabono niya cos may miscommunication dun sa tour provider (yes, may third party, eme) wherein di daw kami kasama sa nagbayad keneme when in fact, bayad naman na namin lahat. Mejj nastress kami ng slight sa part na yun pero madali din naman na solve.
Sa island hopping tour naman, we were able to meet the owners of GoPanglao. They were very accommodating to make sure na we will really enjoy everything. If I may add lang kasi nabother lang din kami, namatay more than thrice yung makina ng motor banca namin. Although we don't mind matagalan kasi private tour naman yun, mejj naawa lang kami kay Tatay kasi he kept on fixing it and namamatay lang din. Bawing-bawi din naman kay Uncle na tour guide/banca operator namin sa Balicasag Island. Napakajolly and super friendly ni Uncle (sorry I'm super bad with names). He even gave us tips on how to navigate the tour para mas ma-enjoy daw namin. Kaya, tip on tips. ๐
Isa pa, we were very glad that GoPanglao informed us a day before that the Whaleshark Tour will be cancelled since there were no sightings na talaga for a week (?). Sayang naman kung pupunta kami kung wala. They were very gracious to provide options to either refund or book another tour. We sadly went for the refund kasi we can't make it to our flight na if ever we'll book another one.
Overall, we are very much satisfied with GoPanglao. If they'd offer tours for other parts of the country, as the dakilang tiga-book ng grupo, I'd still book with them. It is worth every penny.
