Reminders

  • Our packages are available for both local and foreign travelers.
  • Your accommodation is situated in Bohol.
  • Kindly adhere to the startup times and meet-up points indicated in your itinerary. Depending on the situation, your driver will either pick you up from your accommodation or a designated meet-up point.
  • For joiner tours and packages, we do not allow extended waiting times out of consideration for other travelers. Please be punctual.
  • Some of our tours are scheduled for the full day, afternoon, or night. If you are arriving in the afternoon or night, you may choose to check in at your accommodation or avail of a tour before checking in.
  • For tours with two and more add-ons and/or side trips that take more than two hours to complete, start times may be earlier than the scheduled time. If  you have a flight or ferry to catch, kindly choose an earlier schedule. Additional charges may incur if add-ons and/or side trips have to be moved on a different day.
  • If your tour is scheduled for the last day, an early check-out or check-out during the designated time before the tour is required.
  • Flight availability and rates may change due to seasonal demand.
  • Depending on your chosen flight, there may be additional charges for baggage, food, and other add-ons and services. Please verify if your package includes these add-ons and other amenities offered by the airline. This will be at the traveler’s expense unless requested before finalizing the tour package.
  • Depending on your chosen accommodation, there may be additional charges for early check-in, late check-in, room and breakfast, and other arrangements. Please verify if your package includes breakfast and other amenities and services offered by the accommodation. This will be at the traveler’s expense unless requested before finalizing the tour package. Mandatory lunch and/or dinner rates may apply during the holiday (peak) season which is not part of the package.
  • Depending on your chosen tour and transfer, your itinerary and/or assigned driver, guide, and transportation may change before the tour due to reasons beyond our control. Add-ons that were not included in advance can still be availed on the day itself, subject to time, location, and availability. Please verify if your package includes add-ons.
  • Room availability and accommodation rates may change due to seasonal demand.
  • We’ll share your driver details a day before your tours, arrival, and departure.
  • Unless requested, food and drinks, tipping, and souvenirs are not included in the tour package payment. This will be at the traveler’s expense unless requested before finalizing the tour package.
  • During your trip, we recommend bringing extra cash, a shirt or t-shirt, a water bottle, sunscreen, snacks, essential medicines, swimwear, slippers, a dry bag, and sunglasses.
  • Cashless payments are encouraged, but please bring extra cash for areas where mobile and broadband services are unavailable or for suppliers who do not accept cashless payments.
  • Additional reminders will be provided for specific tours.
  • Major changes in your pax or per person count, accommodation, tour arrangement, and the like are subject to additional charges, which includes handling fees.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Individual Tours and Tour-only Packages

Here are the terms and conditions for reservations and bookings with GoPanglao Travel and Tours presented in bullet points for Individual Tours and Tour-only Packages:

General Terms & Conditions:

  • Reservations are subject to availability (Blackout periods may apply, including public holidays).
  • All tours are open for joiners if the client does not avail exclusive/private tour packages.
  • Travel dates are subject to change due to weather conditions.
  • Participants must guarantee that they don’t have any medical conditions such as hypertension, heart problems, or any dangerous medical conditions unless recommended by a licensed physician.
  • Dates must be booked on consecutive days.

Validity and Price Guarantee:

  • All prices are based on current rates at the time of printing.
  • Tours and itineraries are subject to change upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to customers.
  • The voucher (or booking confirmation) is transferable, and a valid ID of the voucher owner must be presented if transferred.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices, unforeseen economic circumstances, and changes in policies from the authorities.

Reservations, Deposit & Payment:

  • A deposit is required before confirming the voucher.
  • A Php 500 deposit is required for individual tours while a Php 1,000 deposit is for Tour-only packages. This is non-refundable and non-movable (change or transfer of package).
  • A 100% final downpayment from the remaining balance is required a day before the tour commences for individual tours.
  • A 50% second downpayment from the remaining balance five (5) days before the start of the tour, while another 50% third downpayment on the day of the tour, just before the tour commences for tour-only packages.
  • GoPanglao Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel any reservation if full payment is not received by the due date and assess appropriate cancellation charges.
  • Modes of payment accepted: Hitpay, Dragonpay, and Local Bank Transfers through Unionbank
  • Reservations without Travel Dates must provide their requested Travel Date 90 days before the said date and are subject to availability.

Private Package Discounts:

  • Entrance fees may be discounted for kids 4 years old and below for select tour destinations.
  • We can reimburse your entrance fees provided you present your Senior or PWD discount upon entering the tour destination. Please be reminded that not all destinations will extend discounts to seniors and PWDs. If your tour package is paid through Hitpay and Dragonpay, a 5% deduction will apply in the refund.

Booking Changes / Rebooking:

  • All requests for changes must be valid, supported by documents, and submitted in writing.
  • All individual tours and tour-only packages are given 1 free booking change done before the commencement of the tour. After consuming the free booking change, we’ll charge a 10% handling fee from the updated total bill for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. Add-ons included in the package may not be rebooked due to supplier terms and conditions. 

Refund and Cancellations:

  • No refunds for unused and diverted transport, hotels, and tours.
  • Refunds are available for tours canceled due to acts of nature. Alternatively, the tours can be rescheduled.
  • Full, staggered, and installment payments for vouchers, including those who made full payment in advance are non-refundable but rebookable.
  • If you have to withdraw from the tour after it has begun, no refund will be made.
  • Supplier’s and contractor’s terms and conditions apply.

Force Majeure:

  • GoPanglao Travel and Tours will not be responsible for any booking, travel, airline, vehicle transfer, boating transfer, or hotel accommodation refunds during a Force Majeure.
  • No refunds shall be made during a Force Majeure event.
  • It is highly advised to acquire travel insurance to protect your interests.

Liability:

  • GoPanglao Travel and Tours acts as agents for various companies, owners, or contractors providing transportation, accommodation, and other services.
  • The responsibility of the tour agency is limited.
  • The agency is not responsible for any damage, loss, accident, illness, delay, or other irregularities due to defects of any company or person involved in the transportation.
  • The agency is not responsible for extra costs due to delays, changes, or any other reason.
  • The agency is not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person.
  • The agency cannot be held responsible for any fault, default, or negligence by hotel owners or their employees.
  • The agency reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours if necessary.

Agreement Changes:

  • All terms of this agreement are subject to change upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the customer.
  • Customers may terminate the agreement on the effective date by giving notice if they do not agree with the changes.
  • If no notice is given, the changes will become effective.
